The Teslin River book begins at Johnson's Crossing and guides the river traveler to the confluence with the Yukon River at Hootalinqua, and continues down the Yukon River to Carmacks. Very desirable for its almost untouched wilderness, excellent fishing and beautiful scenery, this tributary of the Yukon River also offers a spattering of historical remains. This is a great starter river for the wilderness adventurer.
